No returns or refunds
All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review the plan details, inclusions, and terms carefully before completing your purchase. By completing an order you confirm that you accept this policy.
Manufacturing defects
If a device supplied by CityMedic has a manufacturing defect, we will put it right:
- We will repair the affected device, or
- If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it.
This covers genuine manufacturing faults — not damage caused by misuse, accident, or wear. Damage to a loaned device caused by the user is chargeable (see the subscription terms).
How to report a defect
Contact us at +6012 611 2527 or sales@citymedic2u.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will arrange the repair or replacement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the applicable consumer-protection laws of Malaysia.
