Airdoc Simple Plus — Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the Airdoc Simple Plus — Report Subscription Plan purchased from CityMedic Sdn Bhd (www.citymedic2u.com). By completing your order you agree to these terms.
1. What you get
- 500 Airdoc report credits, each redeemable for one AI retinal report.
- A loaned Airdoc fundus camera for use during the subscription term.
- A subscription term of 12 months from activation.
2. Report credits & term
The subscription runs for 12 months. Any report credits that remain unused at the end of the 12-month term are forfeited and cannot be carried forward, extended, exchanged, or refunded.
3. The loaned fundus camera
- The Airdoc fundus camera is loaned to you for the 12-month term — ownership remains with CityMedic Sdn Bhd.
- At the end of the term, the camera must be returned to CityMedic Sdn Bhd in good working condition.
- You are responsible for the device while it is in your care. Damage caused by the user (misuse, accident, mishandling) will be billed to you at the additional cost of repair or replacement.
4. Price & payment
The plan price is RM 12,500.00 (inclusive of applicable SST). You may pay in full or by installment plan over 6 or 12 months via Maybank. Card payment is processed securely on Maybank's payment page — CityMedic Sdn Bhd never sees or stores your card details.
A promotional code may reduce your total where valid (for example, BUYNOW for 4% off).
5. Delivery, returns & defects
Delivery is free of charge — see our Shipping Policy. Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable; genuine manufacturing defects are handled by repair or replacement — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
