Delivery charges
Delivery within Malaysia is free of charge (FOC). There are no shipping, handling, or courier fees added to your order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across Malaysia. For the Airdoc Simple Plus subscription, this includes delivery of the loaned Airdoc fundus camera to your clinic or business address.
When to expect your order
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of a confirmed order, with delivery usually completing within 7–10 working days depending on your location. For subscription plans, our team will also contact you to coordinate delivery and set-up of the loaned device.
Tracking & updates
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and we will keep you updated on dispatch and delivery status.
